To reserve a space, we require basic contact information, details about your vehicle (make, model, year, dimensions), and preferred storage type. A security deposit equal to one month's storage fee is required to secure your reservation, which will be applied to your first month's payment.

We offer flexible storage options including month-to-month, 6-month, annual, and multi-year plans. While month-to-month offers maximum flexibility, longer commitments provide significant savings. Our annual plans offer up to 15% savings compared to monthly rates.

For month-to-month arrangements, we require a 30-day notice for cancellation. For term contracts, early termination fees may apply, which are prorated based on the remaining contract period. All cancellations should be submitted in writing to our client relations team.

Once your reservation is confirmed and deposit processed, you can typically move in within 24-48 hours. For expedited same-day service (subject to availability), please contact our office directly. We'll coordinate a convenient time for your arrival and orientation to the facility.
